Moi

        So yes, this is probably the 3rd or 4th blog I have come up with. I am an avid blog reader but for some reason always had a problem with sticking to my own guns and writing my own. But this one is a keeper and one I am planning on sticking to!

                This right here is my Fiance Chris and I! One main reason I had started this blog is because I really wanted to keep a record of my life to look back on in future years. He proposed on Christmas Eve 2011 to my complete surprise! One of the happiest days of my life. Next to meeting him and his beautiful daughter, and soon enough my wedding day!

                Another reason I had started this blog was to hold myself accountable for my life. I am kicking it into high gear to be in the best shape of my life for my wedding! We are getting married July 15th 2012, yes this year. 139 days away! I want to look and feel amazing on (my) our wedding day ;)

                 So I'm going to start posting pictures of meals and keeping track of my workouts on this blog. I am starting a 100 day workout challenge tomorrow. That's 100 days of no less than 30mins of exercise each and everyday!

Here is a goal list to achieve within the 4 1/2 month time frame til the BIG day!

  • Look fabulous in my 1 dress size down dress I had purchased for the big day! (would love to even take it down one more size but we will see ;) )
  • Keep to a clean and healthy eating regimen posting all or most of my delicious meals here on my blog!
  • Kick A$$ at my 100 day workout challenge!
  • Wear a bikini on my honeymoon (Hawaii possibly?!)
  • Love myself every step of the way!!
  • Finish the half marathon (in June) running or jogging the whole time!  
                  I look forward to sticking to this blog sharing not only my fitness and health goals but my every day life, wedding planning, and life beyond that!!
